My Tracking Has Updated To “Delivered,” But I Can’t Locate My Parcel, What Should I Do?


As our deliveries do not require a signature, the driver will securely place the parcel in a designated safe location if no one is available. We kindly advise you to consider inspecting the following delivery spots: Inside the letterbox in the vicinity of the front of your home (including behind bins, among pot plants, behind fences, in garden beds, or under doormats). Any relevant mail rooms, reception areas, or building lobbies. Additionally, we recommend checking with all household members, building managers, and neighbors, as they may have received and safeguarded the parcel.  If, after thorough examination, the parcel remains unlocated, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our contact link. We will promptly initiate an investigation with the courier to assist you further.



My Tracking Has Updated To “Delayed,” When Will My Parcel Be Delivered?
